ClosingLoop

Terms of Service.

Last updated: Effective July 26, 2026

Draft for legal review — not yet in effect.

This is a standard-template Terms of Service provided as a starting point. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not binding. Bracketed items in [BRACKETS] must be completed, and the whole document reviewed and approved by a qualified attorney for your jurisdiction, before it is published or relied upon.

These terms cover your use of ClosingLoop. If your organization has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement controls.

1. Using ClosingLoop

You may use ClosingLoop to connect your tools and get cited answers for your work. Don't misuse it: no unlawful use, no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no uploading content you don't have the right to process, and no using it to build a competing product.

If your organization has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement controls over these terms where they conflict.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you connect. You grant ClosingLoop a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide and support the service. You are responsible for having the right to connect that content and for the access you grant.

3. AI answers

ClosingLoop uses AI models to generate answers and summaries from your connected content. Answers can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by a qualified person before you rely on them for any material decision. We do not warrant the accuracy of answers, and we do not use your content to train foundation models.

4. Accounts and access

Keep your credentials safe and your account information current, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing their members' roles and access.

5. Connected tools and providers

When you connect a tool such as Jira, Slack, or GitHub, or select an AI model provider, your use of that service is governed by its own terms, and connecting it authorizes ClosingLoop to access the corresponding data on your behalf. ClosingLoop is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services.

6. Availability and changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features. Some may be labeled beta or preview and are provided as-is. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid subscription during its term without notice.

7. No warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClosingLoop is provided as available and without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Commitments for a paid deployment are governed by its written agreement.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply. Questions can be sent to contact@closingloopai.com.
